Festive Fruit & Nut Clusters

Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 15g dried cranberries
  • 40g pecan nuts
  • 5 Nairns rough oatcakes
  • 2 tsp Stevia
  • 40g flaked almonds

Method:
Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over shallow hot water.
Blend all ingredients except the flaked almonds until roughly chopped.
Add this mixture and the flaked almonds into the melted chocolate and combine.
Spoon into 10–12 cake cases (or 20 petit fours).
Chill in the fridge until set.
